Make Money: Resell Thrift Store Finds

Who doesnt love shopping and a great deal?! Not me thats for sure! We love going out and getting a steal on used items! Purchasing items from a  thrift store, or even from a yard sale, and then re selling it is an awesome way to make extra money. We use shopify to sell all our goodies right ONLINE!

I love it so much! There are several ways to sell these items: face to face, online community groups, or creating an online boutique store. It all depends on you and what you think is going to work best. Regardless of which way you decide, you are going to need to promote it on social media like crazy.

You will want to have really cool stuff – stuff that people don’t usually have or find easy. Think about things that are rare, but can make you money. Do some research before you just go out and buy a bunch of things hoping it will sell.

Here’s quick facts about why you should sell your thift store finds:

  • Put your shopping addiction to work. Let’s face it, you’d be combing through thrift store racks anyway, so you might as well make some money while you do it.
  • The margins are huge. That $2.00 Radioshack ball cap you found over the weekend? It’s now a $40.00 vintage vaporwave strapback.
  • You aren’t just selling products, you’re selling something unique. Nowhere else on the Web will people be able to find the collections that you’ve put together.

Make sure to set up your store online using shopify!
