The Best Office Set up for Anyone

I sit at the desk too much. I need to sit most of the time for work. The thing is that I was getting very sore.

My body was stressed. I needed something different. My job wasn’t going to change, but I could change my lifestyle and my office. After talking to my doctor, relatives, and other colleagues I decided that I needed a change.

I reworked my entire office. The biggest thing that I changed my desk. I now have a standing desk and LOVE IT. I can sit, but also take breaks to stand. It is a world of difference. I also make sure to take stretch breaks so that I don’t get stiff in my upper body.
