In our fast-paced and stressful world, it is easy to neglect our own needs and focus solely on the demands of our jobs and personal lives. However, neglecting self-care can lead to burnout, fatigue, and even physical and mental health problems.

So, what can you do to take better care of yourself? Here are some tips:
