Let me first start off by saying that I absolutely LOVE cards. I love cards for all the things, yes I STILL send them out. There is something special about receiving and sending a card whenever possible. It can really brighten someone’s day and we need more of that in this world. More people should absolutely send out snail cards. When is the last time you got a card? And actually smiled reading a card that was given to you?
What do I love so much about greeting cards? These Dollar Tree cards specifically were great quality, especially for just a $1! As a designer myself, I know good design and quality when I see it. These cards were thick and held their appearance! The edges and colors were all crisp on every single card. I love love the different sizing options too! It is always great to have cards that are a little different!
I don’t know about you, but I am not a fan of those cards that have too much going on.. The ones that will leave glitter in your hands, or even have a lot to them. Forget about it! These cards are so simple, elegant, and carry the message. Simple is always better!
The sayings on the Dollar Tree cards are my favorite; they are again simple, but get right to the point. Let’s face it most of the time we don’t like to read all those long cards (unless they are more sentimental). The themes to each of the cards fit the copy that goes with! I really love a good card that is both visually and content driven.
